According to Kuwait's historians this Arch was of the late Sheikh
Jaber Mubarak Al-Sabah, the eighth ruler of Kuwait, besides it
was his private lodging, afterwards, its ownership was transferred
into Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and his sons.
